Once again this year, the students of our school organized parties to celebrate Christmas, the Carnival Season and the end of the academic year.

On Friday, January 22, 2010, at the traditional New Year’s pie cutting in the Faculty Lounge, Director Mrs. Merkouri wished the faculty and administrative personnel good health and the fulfill ment of all their personal and professional aspirations.

The teachers from Preliminary English classes once again this year met with their student’s parents on Thursday, October 22, 2009 and on Saturday, December 12, 2009 in our School’s Conference Room. Our Director Mrs. Miranta Merkouri with teachers: Mss. Dimitra Roussou, Mary Tzouvelakou and Eirene Fotopoulou, presented to parents the foreign language level and answered questions. Furthermore, they thoroughly analysed the use of interactive whiteboards which are widely used in foreign language teaching in schools. At the end of the presentation, sweets and refreshments were served and Mrs. Merkouri handed parents First semester report cards at the 12-12-2009 gathering.

Once again, the Board of Ilia PALSO, awarded the examinees, with the highest scores, who successfully passed the May 2009 L.A.A.S., EDEXCEL December 2008, and EDEXCEL May 2009 examinations with a gift raffle for the students.
