The normal inaugural staff meeting and the blessing by the priest at the Church of St. Spyridon in Pirgos, Ileias Mr Nikolaos Katsidimas highlighted the start of the new school year at the European Center for Language Studies on Friday, September 14, 2018.

The director Ms Miranta Merkouri wished all good luck in their personal and professional endeavours.

The Association of PALSO ILEIAS organized a successful event at the Conference Center of the Prefecture of Ileia on the 14th of October 2018 to celebrate the European Day of Languages.

During the celebration students of our school had the opportunity to participate with students of other foreign language schools in Pirgos in a Game testing their knowledge of European issues.

The New Year Cake for the staff was cut by the Director Mrs Miranta Merkouri on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 in her office at the school, and good luck was wished to all.

On Thursday 28 February 2019 Ms Merkouri and her staff celebrated the success of their students at the Proficiency Exams at ECPE (Michigan University), M.S.U. (Michigan State University) and NOCN (ESOL EXAMS) in December 2018 and all wished to the 12 students (almost 100% success) the best of luck.
