Taking into consideration the constant training of her staff, Ms Miranta Merkouri, the Director of the European Center for Language Studies, organized once again this year an educational Seminar at the language school on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.
Under the auspices of the Hellenic American Union Center for the Examinations and Certification in Athens, Ms Miranta Merkouri arranged this year again a Webinar at the premises of her school on Friday, 1 April 2016.
The Webinar was geared toward mock speaking tests for students sitting ECPE and ECCE examinations in May 2016.
Under the auspices of the Hellenic American Union Center for the Examinations and Certification in Athens, Ms Miranta Merkouri arranged this year again Webinars at the premises of her school on Friday, 20 March 2015 and Tuesday, 24 March 2015.
Within the scope of offering high quality education to her teachers and students, Ms Miranta Merkouri arranged the first Webinar at the premises of her school on Monday, 28 April 2014, under the auspices of the Hellenic American Union Center for Examinations and Certification in Athens.
The business associate and teacher trainer with the Burlington Book Publishers Ms Eirini Rachiotis was invited by Mrs Merkouri to her school in Pirgos on May 22, 2013 to present the new educational materials, software for interactive whiteboards and the upcoming changes in the International English Exams.
As part of the continual in-service training for her staff, the director of the European Centre of Language Studies Mrs. Miranta Merkouri once again organized in-house seminars for the school year 2011-2012.
The educational and cultural activities, during the second and third quarter of the 2004-2005 educational year, were very broad at the European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri.
Apart from the ongoing participation of the staff in educational seminars in Athens and Patras, we characteristically mention the briefing and training of our teachers, on issues at F.C.E. and C.P.E. levels, from the world renowned writer, teacher trainer, and president of TESOL GREECE, Mr. MALCOLM MANN, who was invited to Pirgos by Mrs. Merkouri, for the purpose of sharing his valuable advice and offering solutions on issues related to the foreign language education. .
