Seminars - Staff Training 2002

In the context of the “life-long” ongoing education of her staff, Mrs. Miranta Merkouri, the Director of the European Center for Language Studies once again organized this year a series of seminars at her language school during the first quarter of the 2002-2003 educational year.

For this purpose, distinguished instructors and publishing house representatives were recruited to Pirgos, to decisively contribute to the more thorough training of the teachers at her language school, not only regarding the methodology required to apply the new educational material but also the modern means necessary to deal with student learning disabilities in foreign language education.

The instructors that participated in the seminars were :

  1. The educational consultant and teacher Mrs. KAREN COOK from HILLSIDE PRESS publishing house.
  2. The educational consultant and teacher Mrs. CHRISTINA BAKOPOULOU - SANDON from BURLINGTON BOOKS publishing house.
