The European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri students from the A’ and B’ kindergarten classes performed the end-of-the-year theatrical play "Dr Wizard's Birthday Party" with immense success.
On November 7, 1999, the “FCE December 1999” classes took a one-day trip to Kalavryta, Mega Spylaio, St. Lavra monastery and Cave Lakes, with the participation of 8 teachers from the European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri.
On December 22, the choir of the European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri sang Christmas carols and songs in English, German, French, and Italian in the schoolyard with the presence of many parents and friends of the students.
On December 22, 1999 at 4:30 p.m., the little students of the European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri, aged between 5-7, held their Christmas theatrical play in the schoolyard where parents and friends enjoyed and admired their performance in English.
The European Center for Language Studies – Miranta Merkouri is an achievement inspired by Miranta Merkouri, who after lengthy studies and a professional career, domestically and abroad, returns dynamically in 1991 to the place of her descent, Pirgos of the Ilia prefecture, to fulfill her goals: to offer her knowledge and extensive experience in the field of foreign language education.
